LXR's International Work/Cultural Exchange Program provides a unique
opportunity for those interested in working abroad. From major cities
to tropical settings, our destinations allow participants to experience
U.S. culture and hospitality. Our International Work Program offers
the following:
- Ability to enhance English language skills

Housekeeping Services: Room Attendants and Cleaners
Culinary Operations: Experienced Line and Prep Cooks, Stewards, Utility Workers
Guest Service Operations: Guest Service Agents, Telephone Operators, Bell Persons
Food & Beverage Operations: Food Servers, Bus Persons, Outlet Hosts, Banquet Servers, Banquet Set-Up
Recreation: Beach, pool and spa locker attendants
All positions are subject to the applicant's completion of an employment application and execution of a Letter
of Agreement, which sets forth the terms of employment, position assignments, travel/transportation arrangements,

English Level: Positions require member/guest contact and a high level of English.
Frequency of Pay: Every 2 weeks. Each property will make arrangements with local banks to
assist with direct deposit enrollment for each participant, usually during the new hire orientation process.
Average Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Employee Housing: Optional furnished housing will be provided to international employees. Apartment units
can accommodate between 4 and 8 participants, depending on the size of the units and number of bedrooms. Rent will
be automatically deducted from the participant's paycheck, which may include a security deposit. The cost of housing
varies and the exact cost of housing and accommodation expenses will be fully disclosed in the Letter of Agreement
given to participants at the time a job is offered. Employees may use alternate accommodations upon proof of residence
with family or friends.
Transportation: Not all hotels/resorts provide transportation. However, if the hotel you are assigned to does
offer transportation, there may be a charge. Those expenses will be fully disclosed in the Letter of Agreement given
to participants at the time a job is offered.
Other Benefits: Additional benefits will be offered to all international employees, which may include assistance
with banking and meal plans.
LXR International Worker Program uses for the following types of visas:
- J-1 Management Trainee - A Twelve-Eighteen month training program
- J-1 Summer/Work/Travel - A Three-Four month work program
- H2B Temporary Worker Visa - A Six-Ten month seasonal program
