WHM LLC is the independent managing agent for the property. We recognize that privacy is an important issue in today's global marketplace. This Internet Privacy Policy was created to demonstrate our commitment to ensuring a long-lasting and strong customer relationship, and details the types of personal information we collect on our websites, the disclosure of personal information to third parties, and gives you the option to change your personal information or opt out of receiving information. Privacy Policy for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels On-line Recruitment Process
LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels manages more than 30 hotels in the US, Puerto Rico
and the Caribbean. We have more than 10,000 employees in a wide range of
positions, including exempt and non-exempt, full-time and part--time, and
international workers for our international worker program. Because we
gather certain types of information about individuals who express interest
in a position and about those who apply for a position, we want to help
you understand how LXR handles information that you submit through LXR
Careers, the Company's on-line applicant tracking software.
This policy applies only to LXR Careers, the on-line applicant tracking
software that you were using when you clicked through to this policy. This
policy does not apply to any other site that LXR owns or operates.

Creating Your On-Line Candidate Profile
If you are interested in applying for a job at LXR, you will first need
to complete the candidate profile. Except as described in the section
below on "Cookies", LXR collects at this stage of the process only the
information that you submit to LXR in your candidate profile. LXR's
recruiters, who may be either LXR employees or working under contract
with LXR, will use the information in your candidate profile to decide
whether to invite you to apply for a position with LXR. You can update
your candidate profile at any time by logging into LXR Careers.
LXR will retain your candidate profile for a reasonable period of time
for its own internal recordkeeping purposes and consistent with any
applicable state or federal law.

Applying For a Position On-Line
After reviewing your profile, you may be invited by LXR to complete an on-line
employment application. Except as described in the section below on "Cookies", the
only information that LXR collects about you at this stage of the on-line process
is the information that you submit to LXR in your on-line application. LXR may
collect other information about you "off-line", for example, through an interview
or reference checks.
LXR will use the information that you submit on-line, as well as the information
that it collects about you off-line, to decide whether to offer you a position. If
you are hired, LXR will use the information as necessary to administer the employment
relationship. LXR will retain your on-line application consistent with applicable
state and federal law.

collected about you through LXR Careers, or wish to request that LXR update, modify, or

Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
LXR may contract with third-party providers, from time to time, to help maintain
and manage its databases, to assist in the recruiting process, and to communicate
with candidates and applicants. We do not authorize those providers to make any
other use of your information, nor do we permit them to disclose your information
without our prior consent.
There may be other circumstances when LXR will disclose to third parties the
information that you submit on-line, most notably:
- If we sell some or all of our business, we may disclose all of the information that we have collected about you to a purchaser or, in due diligence, to a potential purchaser; or
- If we are required by law, such as when we respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or a discovery request, or
- If we believe that your actions violate applicable laws, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.

As stated above, this policy applies only to information collected through the LXR
Careers on-line recruiting tool that you were using when you clicked through to this
policy. This policy does not apply to any other site that LXR owns or operates. Those
other sites have their own privacy policies. In addition, LXR Careers may contain
links to third-party sites. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the
conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. We have no control over
sites that are not ours. We are not responsible for any changes to or content
on, those sites. Our inclusion on our sites of any third-party content, or a link
to a third-party site, is not an endorsement of that content or of the third-party

The LXR Careers Web site collects basic information about you through the use of cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Security
We want you to feel confident about using LXR Careers, so we have implemented a
security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from
unauthorized access. Your submissions of information to our secure server are
protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, utilized by most popular
browsers, including Netscape and Microsoft Explorer, to safeguard transmissions. This
technology allows us to use encryption tools to protect information transmitted between
your computer and our server. Through encryption, the personal information you
enter, including your name and address is converted into code that is then securely
dispatched over the Internet. Once our secure server receives your encrypted personal
information, it is translated back into its original form and stored in our off-line
database. While we strive to protect the information that we collect about you, we
cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to or from LXR
Careers, and you do so at your own risk. We urge you to keep your log-in information
in a safe place as you share responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your
information. It is a good practice to sign off your account and close your browser
window when you have finished your visit to LXR Careers.

Changes to this Policy
If we decide to change this policy in whole or in part, we will inform you
by posting a notice on LXR Careers. Those changes will go into effect on
the date posted in the revised notice. The new policy will apply to all
current and past users of LXR Careers and to all information collected
before the date of the change. The new policy will replace any prior policies
that are inconsistent.
